|---|---|---|---|
| Unilateral visa exemption | Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland | Up to 45 days | Until 14 March 2028 |

5.E-Visa policy
Vietnam’s e-visa remains the main visa option for many short-term travellers, including tourists and business visitors.

| Eligible applicants | Citizens of all countries and territories |
| Maximum validity | Up to 90 days |
| Number of entries | Single-entry or multiple-entry |
| Entry and exit checkpoints | 83 international ports |
If you are not eligible for visa exemption, the e-visa is the most convenient route for short-term travel to Vietnam.
